Key Features

Below are the standard key features of a Rolt Pull Roll In-feed.

  1. ๏Unwinds in either direction, so that material can feed either way up.

  2. ๏Splice table enables joins to be made during a run with ease.

  3. ๏Hold down bars to hold the web whilst splicing.

  4. ๏Cushioned stop and start - soft inks are not damaged.

  5. ๏Feed system detects 50 micron transparent material.

  6. ๏Reload warning light, easily visible from elsewhere on the press, indicates when roll has run out.

  7. ๏Adjustable nip pressure, all the way down to zero so that even the most tricky substrates can be fed.

 



Pull Roll In-feed

The In-feed is robust with logical controls which are easily understood. It can be bolted to a deck joining it to other Rolt machines, or it may be moved around on a pallet truck, to feed material into any machine.

 



Product Overview

Logical controls which are easily understood. Maximum production speed: 25mpm (82 fpm). A cushioned stop start helps to prevent damage to soft inks. The in-feed can be fitted with tack roll cleaning and antistatic treatment.

 



What’s New

  1. ๏The in-feed is fitted with a vacuum drum in-feed system to ensure that colours printed during a previous pass through the machine are not damaged when fed through the machine again.  This system ensures that the top of the web is not touched.

  2. ๏A second mandrel is fitted for inter-leave removal.
