Key Features

Below are the standard key features of a Rolt Inspection Rewinder.

  1. ๏Material can be wound up either way.

  2. ๏The loose loop powered infeed mandrel makes it possible to salvage rolls of material which have been poorly wound.

  3. ๏Optional ladder to guide silicon coated webs

  4. ๏Light box for easy roll inspection

  5. ๏Web hold down bars on the splice table, facilitate easy joining.

  6. ๏Cushioned motor with clutch drive, means that soft inks will not be damaged.

  7. ๏Can be used to wind up material fed to it from other machines.

  8. ๏Mechanically retracting wheels enable the machine to be moved around the factory.

  9. ๏Optional web counter with auto stop.

  10. ๏Optional missing label detector.
