The Stripper Finishing Unit is designed to enable labels to be finished directly off press if required. This does not comprise the Stripper Finishing Units capabilities when winding up labels for post press inspection. The Stripper Finishing Unit incorporates good quality, user friendly features to ensure trouble free operation on all kinds of stripping jobs.

A presettable counter to read web length is provided. This enables the operator to be free to run other equipment while completing labels off press

A universal stripping bar is adjustable so that the machine can reliably strip the many different materials it is possible to screen print. It can either strip around a rotating roller, or around stationary bars. Also a dispensing stripping path can be used. Both are universally adjustable, with out use of tools.

A capstan roller ensures even laddering tension, as with all of the mandrels. It is controlled using the ultra reliable air operated clutch.

The slitting roller is available as standard, which is hardened for optimum crush cutting. Five rotary slitting knives are fitted as standard, for 4 lanes of labels and two edge trims. Extra knives can be supplied. Knives are adjustable for pressure and side lay. The minimum width of a lane is 13mm.

The unit can feed material directly into a sheeter for sheeting stripped labels.
