The Rolt Group of Companies was founded in 1985 by Richard Rolt to fulfill his vision of what roll-to-roll equipment could be - and should be: machines that were more agile, dependable and versatile than any presently available: combining superior performance with ease of set-up, operation and maintenance, and suited to an ever-wider range of materials and purposes .

Responding to the real world requirements of customers with a diverse range of roll-to-roll applications, Rolt’s design teams have developed countless innovations and refinements to deliver practical, production-proven systems with a reputation for reliable high performance, shift after shift, day after day.

Today, Rolt conceives, manufactures, install and service advanced roll-to-roll systems that are making the name Rolt a byword for functionality and value worldwide.

Rolt Marketing Ltd has been manufacturing roll to roll screen printing equipment in the United Kingdom for the past twenty two years. Rolt machinery is representative of high quality English engineering and workmanship.  Rolt has more than 250 printing lines installed globally.

Our Design Principles.

All emphasis is on simplicity, to install, to operate and to maintain. Make-ready is quick and easy, printing is simple to control. Web feed is loose loop and triggered by each unit. Registration is automatic. Electronic and pneumatic components are standard off the shelf items.
